Jinan library provides free service for 365 days a year. The specific opening hours are as follows: 

　　New library: 9:00—17:30（9:00—19:00 in newspaper reading room） 

　　Old library: 8:30—17:00（9:00—20:30 in newspaper reading room and studying room） 

　　Note: any changes about the opening hours will be posted on the bulletin board of the main page.
